Weekly Order Cutoff
Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 9:00 PM Central Time to ship during that same week.
Orders placed after Tuesday at 9:00 PM CT will automatically ship the following Monday.
Why We Ship Monday–Wednesday
We carefully plan our shipping schedule to help prevent cookies from sitting in transit over the weekend. By shipping earlier in the week, we can reduce the chance of packages being delayed over Saturday and Sunday and help ensure customers receive their cookies fresh, soft, and delicious.
SHIPPING TIMES
Most locations will receive their cookies within 2–3 days after shipment. However, delivery times can vary depending on the customer's location and the carrier.
Customers located farther from Paducah, KY, such as California and other West Coast locations, can choose 2-Day Shipping for an additional $15 to receive their order faster.
PLEASE NOTE
Once an order leaves our shop, shipping and delivery times are managed by the carrier. Any delays, including carrier delays, weather, or other transit issues, are unfortunately outside of our control.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
