Hi, I’m Summer — the owner and baker behind Summer’s Sweetery in Paducah 🤍

I’ve always loved baking, but I never imagined it would become my career — until I finally took the leap. I felt like Paducah needed something more. Something exciting. Desserts that wow at parties, holidays, events, or anytime you’re craving something sweet.

In 2019, I started this journey by opening Dough & Co as an edible cookie dough shop. But along the way, I discovered my true joy: stuffed cookies, over-the-top cheesecakes, and finding creative ways to turn cookie dough into unforgettable desserts.

After rebranding and moving locations (still right here in Paducah!), I opened Summer’s Sweetery — a space that reflects my love for all things sweet.

From stuffed cookies and mini cookies to banana pudding, cakes, brownies, ice cream, cookie dough, and decadent cheesecakes — there’s something here for every sweet tooth.

This business is built on creativity, community, and faith. And I give God the glory for every step of the journey. We believe every bite should bring joy. Our journey is built on passion, creativity, and a love for crafting unique cookie experiences that everyone can enjoy.
